个人简介:陈功,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,中共党员,湖北省第九批“博士服务团”成员,湖北省省级“科技特派员”,现任必赢bwin官网登录入口必赢bwin官网登录入口院长助理。围绕湖北省“大健康产业”战略需求,主要从事谷物农产品精深加工、药食同源品种资源发酵、天然食用色素发酵与生物转化、大健康产业产品与肠道微生态、微生物应急机制等基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖北省教育厅中青年人才项目、武汉市知识创新专项(曙光计划)项目等科研项目。在Food ChemistryLWTJournal of Functional Foods等国内外期刊发表论文35篇,其中SCI论文30篇,EI论文1;申请国家发明专利4项,授权3。获校“优秀班主任”、校“第十三届青年教师教学基本功竞赛”二等奖、校“研究生教学成果一等奖”、校“赢时胜”科研模范、校“工会先进工作者”、校“优秀共青团干部”等荣誉。指导本科生以共同第一作者发表SCI论文1篇,获全国大学生生命科学竞赛一等奖2、三等奖2

Ø 研究领域

  主要从事微生物发酵大健康食品:专注于食用菌、益生菌的现代发酵技术与理论研究,重点研发谷物农产品精深加工、药食同源品种资源发酵、天然食用色素发酵与生物转化、大健康产业产品与肠道微生态、微生物应急机制等基础研究。
